Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including any promotional samples that came with the order.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Bring your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
